Free Lifestyle Consultation
Your Fresh Start Is One Conversation Away
You already know something is off. The fatigue, the weight gain, the blood sugar concerns that keep coming up at your annual physical. You've tried eating better. You've downloaded the apps. You're doing everything right and still feel exhausted, stuck, and unheard.
That changes here.
Our Free Lifestyle Consult is your starting point. No lengthy questionnaire. No homework before you show up. Just a real, personal conversation with a real health professional who wants to understand what's going on with you, and help you figure out what to do about it.
This Is What Whole-Person Care Looks Like
Our lifestyle medicine team—health professionals and registered dietitians, not an app or an algorithm—takes the time to hear your concerns before making a single recommendation. Your eating habits, sleep quality, physical activity, stress levels, and metabolic history all interact—and that interaction is exactly what we're trained to assess.
How the Free Consult Works
1. Tell Us Your Top Health Concerns
Fill out a short form before your call—it takes less than three minutes. Share the one or two health concerns that are weighing on you most, whether that's unexplained weight gain, low energy, high blood pressure, or elevated A1C. This gives your provider a head start, so your time together is focused and productive.
2. Have a 15-Minute Conversation
You'll meet virtually with one of our providers for a free 15-minute call. This is your time to be heard. We'll listen to what's been going on, ask a few questions about your lifestyle factors, things like your eating habits, daily activity, sleep, and overall health, and begin to understand the full picture.
3. Walk Away with Clear Next Steps
Based on your conversation, we'll outline clear, actionable next steps tailored specifically to you. No generic advice. No one-size-fits-all recommendations. If ongoing care makes sense, most visits are covered by your NC insurance plan, often at little to no out-of-pocket cost.

What Our Patients Say
“At 327 pounds, I thought I would never see my 190-pound body before I died. Then, I met Jenni. We talked about my lifestyle, my dreams, and my fears. So far, I have lost 75 pounds, and I believe I will hit my goal weight." – Gene
“70+ pounds lost later- what a difference! I've gone from almost scheduling knee and hip replacement surgery to about 90% pain free. My blood pressure improved, and I’m off almost all my medications. Whole Health Partners saved my life, or at the very least added decades to it." – Rick
“They startled me out of my 'all or nothing' mentality. Within a few weeks, my sleep, stress, and weight all improved. I’ve learned to take care of myself in ways that don’t require lengthy meal prep or hours of exercise. The shift in mindset I’ve acquired through Whole Health Partners alone has been worth the investment! I couldn’t recommend them more highly." – Kelley
“Within weeks, my sleep improved, joint pain reduced - especially in my knees, and my blood pressure and heartbeat normalized. I was able to get a correct diagnosis of Hashimoto’s, and after struggling for ten years without losing weight, I lost 18 pounds. I recommend Whole Health Partners to all of my friends who are having health or weight struggles." – Christine
What We Help Treat at Whole Health Partners
At Whole Health Partners, we practice lifestyle medicine as it should be practiced: personal, evidence-based, and grounded in the science of lasting change. Our team focuses on these key areas that most affect your overall wellness and long-term health:
Food & Eating Habits
Everyone’s body responds differently to food. We help our patients build a sustainable approach to eating that balances metabolic health, improves energy, and supports nutrition goals.
Sleep
Poor sleep can disrupt your body’s natural rhythms, contributing to weight gain, inflammation, and increased health risks. Our approach uncovers ways to enhance our patients’ sleep quality and balance.
Movement & Physical Activity
Fitness doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. We provide realistic guidance to incorporate physical activity into our patients’ routines in a way that feels doable and impactful.
Mindset
Your mental health and emotional health directly affect your physical health. From stress management to addressing limiting beliefs, we help patients unlock meaningful change.
Medical History
Your past diagnoses, lab results, and family health history tell a story. We use this information to better understand our patients’ unique health factors and tailor solutions to their needs.
Your Health Deserves More Than a Quick Fix
